1. Who can use SpicyX

SpicyX is intended exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 and over who are in a committed romantic or intimate relationship. By using the app, you confirm that you and your partner meet this age requirement and consent to playing together.

2. How you use SpicyX

SpicyX is offered as a tool for romance and intimacy between consenting partners. By using it, you agree:

• Never to use SpicyX in a way that harms, coerces, or pressures your partner
• To always respect each other's boundaries and consent — every prompt is optional
• Not to share your account, subscription, or photos from inside the app without the other person's permission
• Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app's content

3. Subscriptions and purchases

SpicyX offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium content is unlocked by an in-app subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and follow Apple's standard refund policy.

4. Content and limitations

SpicyX provides suggestions, prompts, and games for couples. None of the content is medical, therapeutic, or relationship advice. The app should not replace open communication with your partner or, where needed, professional support.

5. No liability for outcomes

SpicyX is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the outcomes of using the app. We are not responsible for any consequences, disagreements, or events that arise from games or activities suggested by the app. You and your partner remain solely responsible for what you choose to do.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives at this URL, and the "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of SpicyX after changes means you accept the new terms.
