How do I cancel my subscription?
SpicyX subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SpicyX → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the current billing period ends.
I bought premium but it isn't unlocked
Open SpicyX → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases." If that doesn't work, force-quit the app and reopen. Still stuck? Email us with the date and Apple ID email used.
Will my photos and notes sync if I get a new phone?
Currently, SpicyX stores everything locally on your device — including photos and notes. If you restore your new phone from an iCloud backup, your app data comes with it. If you set up fresh, you'd start fresh.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the steps. If Apple denies the request, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
