Your moments, your phone.

The short version

SpicyX is designed so your private moments stay private. We don't collect personal data, we don't track you, and we don't sell anything to advertisers. Your names, photos, and game history live only on your device.

What we store on your device

When you use SpicyX, the following information is saved locally on your iPhone or iPad:

• The names you enter for the two players
• Your selected language and mood preferences
• Saved photos and notes from the Love Cities and Date Ideas features
• Game progress (free spin counts, etc.)

All of this stays on your device. If you delete the app, everything is gone.

What we receive from third parties

A few services run alongside the app to keep it working:

• Apple App Store — handles purchases and subscriptions. We don't see your card or Apple ID; we only get a "this account is subscribed" signal via Apple's StoreKit.
• RevenueCat — helps us manage subscriptions. They receive an anonymous identifier but no personal information.
• Firebase — used only for delivering localized content (game packs in your language). No personal data is sent.
• Crash analytics (anonymous) — if the app crashes, an anonymous report helps us fix bugs. No personal data is included.

What we never collect

• Your email, phone number, or address
• Your contacts, calendar, or location
• Photos you save in the app (they don't leave your device)
• What you do in games (we don't track which dice you rolled or which dares you took)
• Anything we could use to identify you personally

Children

SpicyX is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are not 18 years of age or older, please do not use the app.

Changes to this policy

If we change how SpicyX handles data, we'll update this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be communicated inside the app.
